I know how that feels. He Who Works calls me his '10' Every morning i wake up and i'm a '10' its amazing how low i go in his estimation during the day. I was a '3' yesterday evening.:D

I think a lot of the time its down to being taken for granted something we are all guilty of from time to time.

Sorry I've been away. Been trying to make back up plans for possible redund@ncy, but after seeing your post pigpen I thought I'd post. I want you, and all the flyladies do. I'D be lost without your flinging utterings and hilarious straight talkings. Your OH Is a ninny if he doesn't appreciate you and your quick wit and of course beautiful nails :)
Haven't done much flying, have had to work random shifts and have a dear friends funeral this afternoon.
Will try and do at least some flying tonight. Have just opened OHs redund@ncy info letter, they'll let everyone know in 6 weeks!!!!! I won't have any nails or hair left by then the way im going on!
But in the mean time, I've spoken to cheaper/free nurseries and have changed my CC to a 0% one so I can get my CC down asap, going to do a mass ebay tomorrow. Have also applied for a temp job which should fit in between this one, hopefully!

pigpen if you did hugs I would send copious amounts of hugs to you.

Anniversaries can be horrible reminders. Sometimes I wish we didn't have calendars and all the reminders of lives past. We all think you are smashing and want you here with us.

I have had two days chasing my tail and catering for 12 people. Today there are just two of us for the day, phew.

Time to start catching up. Mr P has put a second load in the dishwasher. I put it on last night but still need another load done. Mr P has washed the huge baking trays and about 30 glasses by hand.

DS2 came home on 15th and is leaving on 6am flight tomorrow. He has just emptied his two huge suitcases of dirty washing to be washed and dried before he goes in the morning. Mr P is onto that one too. We left DS2 to sort out his paperwork as he is joining a new ship. I have just been upstairs and he is playing on his xbox!!

I have an ebay sale to post today and then knit and natter this afternoon. I love my two hour break from constant TV.

    Happy Monday: Kitchen
    Level 1
[STRIKE]Remove floor gubbins. Yes, you, that pile over by the door. Does it live there? I think not![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Now do the same with the unnecessary worktop clutter! There you go! Well done![/STRIKE]
    Level 2
Give the work tops and cupboard fronts your attention (with a cloth, don't flutter your eyelashes at them )
    Shine your sink, flylady basics
Splash backs and greasy tiles? Yep, swishy there too!
    Level 3
Pop the bin and doormat outside, then sweep and mop your floor
    Wipe over the small appliances
    Extras:
Do you need to test your smoke alarms?
    Wipe over your big appliances
run the WM and/or DW on a hot wash to keep its insides happy
Count your baking tins and sheets. How many??? Do you really need all of them?

Well done missymoo for being so proactive and planning ahead. Whatever the next letter brings, you will be better off than if you'd just sat and chewed your nails.

Having a quick :coffee: so will update on my flying this morning:
I have blitzed the kitchen - just got the floor to hoover and then steam mop, and all will be sparkling. I have even cleaned my oven, wiped down all the tiles, shaken the crumbs out of the toaster, and emptied and washed out all the bins, and I've started the first load of washing :D

DH has gone out to a model railway shop that is closing down (unless a buyer is found) so will probably come back several £££ poorer.

I will now phone the horse piddle to find out why I have not one but two appointments for opthalmology outpatients, and clear a few more bits of rubbish off my desk. Then back to blitz the rest of downstairs. I will leave all the rest of the hoovering to DH while I am out this afternoon. Maybe he'll even remember to put up the patio umbrella ;)
