Ok I don't know legally what he can do today. Are you able to arrange any emergency childcare for your children and get down to the council or CAB right now and find out what they say?

You owe him money fair enough but there are vulnerable kids involved.

So spent most of last contemplating where I am in life, my goals and how I get myself out of this situation. The realisation that this can only come from me, no one else is going to help me. I look at my huge debts and it's overwhelming. The only way I can combat this feeling is to break things down into tiny weeny pieces and work on them everyday even if it's just something small! Rather than trying to do all my goals at once, I will add 2 daily.
