you can if you wish to do so, yes
normally the operator sends their evidence pack to popla containing the paperwork , but you can certainly add it to your bundle, or upload online by attaching the evidence to your online popla appeal , especially highlighting the discrepancies
same goes for any evidence, including photos, scans etc0 -
My POPLA appeal decision should be going ahead today, 7 Aug or early next week. However, I have not received any evidence from the PPC either electronically or snail mail. Should I consider this to be good or bad from my perspective?
I have informed POPLA that the PPC have not supplied me with any evidence.0 -
Still awaiting decision from POPLA, which is imminent, but have still not received any evidence from The PPC.0

Tell PoPLA again. It's possible, however, that they haven't submitted anything to PoPLA either, thereby guaranteeing you a win.Je suis Charlie.0

Just ask Mike172 ... he's had loads of CPM UK appeals with POPLA and they haven't contested any of them. (i.e. they've not sent any evidence to contest the appeal so Mike's won them all by default).0

Perhaps the knowledgeable can help please, I was not the driver of the car but received a PCN Reminder (not any original notice as they say was sent) as the registered keeper - as suggested I followed all the recommendations as per the very helpful Newbies Stickies etc and then thought I would submit the appeal/complaint via the excellent Resolver under the “Not the Driver” section.
3 Minutes later I get a response “Thank you for your email. Please address your appeal if you were the driver to the relevant appeal address stated on the notification received. This is not a valid appeal address.
Regards
Tito”
Do I submit it again not naming any driver? Or use other “none of the above” but with the same wording? Or through their web site0 -
Pricolist, I suggest you start your own thread and, hopefully, you will receive and benefit from some excellent advice from the good people on this forum.0

My POPLA Appeal date was the beginning of August but, despite waiting patiently, I have not received a decision from them, nor have I received any evidence pack from the PPC . The following is a reply from Popla:
We have received you operator evidence, you will need to contact them directly about acquiring your copy.
Kind regards
POPLA Administration Team
Could I have some advice from you good folk on the content of Popla's reply.0 -
why should you have to contact the PPC , you have attempted to come to an amicable agreement (you don't pay) they have declined it , and now its with an independent appeal service , all paperwork and contact should be provided by them ,
how will you know if the paperwork you ask from the PPC is the same as the one they have sent to POPLA?
THEY need to send you a copy of the statement SENT TO THEM0 -
Thanks EF, you make a very good point. I have written to the Lead Adjudicator and I await his response.0
