Personally I would be more concerned if the supermarket was one I wanted to work at than how much discount you can get.
Nothing is worse than working at a place you can't stand to get up in the morning to go to work at..

The best one for her to work for would be the one that offers her a job.
If we are going to assume she will get any job she wants, I would recommend she goes for CEO of Microsoft instead; the pay more than makes up for the lack of supermarket discounts.0
