(Sorry if its buried in the thread, its quite hard to search for a telephone number)
Clicking the link in the very first post in this thread brings up the incentive T&Cs. You'll find the answer to your question in condition 8.

I have set up my 3 DDs however some of them don't go out until 1 September. Will I still get the £100 or do I need another one to go out this month?

It doesn't matter what day in the month payments go out.

Just as long as they get set up this month?

Just a couple of questions regarding this.
When I first applied a couple of weeks ago I switched from my most active account with lots of direct debits as I assumed that would satisfy the terms. When I realised I'd have to register new direct debits, I had to find ones from other accounts to move to TSB instead.
I have moved my TV licence direct debit over from an account I use for bills, and i'm in the process of moving my contents insurance direct debit as well.
For my 3rd newly registered one I've set up one for a weekly Thunderball national lottery DD. Will that be OK?

Also once I get the £100, from what I've read on here, I take it I can move all my direct debits again to the accounts I want. ( I just want this TSB one as a savings account for £2000)
    Thanks 👍

    It should

You don't (or shouldn't). Part of the switch service involves registering the old DDs with the new account.

Can anyone here confirm that they've only used DDs moved with the switch and have received their £100?

derrick has muddied the waters here with his "No but that was not a condition" comment and continually referencing it. #268 is a better reference, assuming someone has been paid the bonus without manually setting up new DDs post-switch

The wording of the terms is a bit unfortunate as they could be interpreted like you did. But what they mean is that your account must show 3 DDs [no later than 30 days after the switch].

If that's the case I'll be OK then as I have 5 or 6 that were moved over.

I still haven't received my £100. I switched over when the first £100 offer was in place!
