Do I need to set up the 3 Direct Debits now or after the switch date as the page appears to imply?

Yep, I'm now at 36 days. I just phoned again, too, and was told it had been processed and would be there 'soon'.
    It arrived later this morning.

    Can anyone explain this...?

I applied on 9 June for a Classic Plus account via the MSE link for the £100 switching bonus. I got an email saying the application was being processed, and then a couple of days later, an email saying I'd been declined.

Today, I've applied again, inputting the same data and I've been accepted, and even offered a £1000 overdraft (which I declined, having no need for one)

What's the validity of these banks' precious systems if there is so little consistency in their decisions? ( needless to say there's been no change in my circumstances)

Checked mine at 0900, still not there, but they did say after 1100.

Then got a phone call from TSB saying the £100 will go into the account this morning, so here's waiting

Quick question, did you set up your direct debits before or aftr the switch of your old account?

Logged in at 1105, £100 now deposited as "Switch Reward", 38 days after switch completion and 3 phone calls to TSB.

.Sorry if this has been answered already...

With the 3 D/Ds needed for a TSB switch, do they have to actually pay out every month, or can they just be live D/D mandates, which may not pay out every month?

    Thanks
