re-mobile calls to republic ireland

Hi guys, OH is off to southern ireland , I'm with TT , and have unlimited mobiles to uk and landline, but, don't think republic is in this package. Anyone know the cheapest/best way to call a mobile there from my landline.?:beer:

Thanks ballyblack.It's off, but I cannot remember if I turned it off or not, something tells me I did.
Grey matter going I think.
Edit;;Just turned it back on.
Said it would give charged whilst roaming.
