If they need to call you, it is probably best that they instead send you a text asking you to call them back.

Yes. But there is a charge to text whilst roaming but its proabably only 5-7p a text.

a missed call is free & alerts them to call you!

The other way round, I'm sure Tmob charge for calling from a Mob, even if not connected.??even to see balance, unless it's changed? I never use mine, put it in the car now, in case of breakdown.roaming days are over for me.:) home alone:)

There is no charge unless the phone answers. Anyway O/H only has to pay 4.9p a minute to receive, for you there is no charge to make the call. That is your original question answered. thanks for the thanks

3 UK and Mobile by Sainsburys both offer free incoming calls in ROI.
Meteor (ROI network) and 3 IRL offer free incoming calls in the UK.

Work out which is best for you...

Thanks Heng. OH already has her phone, uk , t mobile sim, just want to know if roaming has to be enabled, so that she pays the charge, 4.9ppm, or, can it be left off. Not up with phones afraid
.I will not pay, part of my TT mobile package.as I will be doing all the calling, not her.
