Just sold another item off the bay, and wasted no time in transferring the ££ into my interest paying account.

However its freaked me out a bit as when I done the same thing this morning - all was well and normal, this time - it looks like they have changed the format :eek: I hope, as I start to wonder :eek:

Must get that e-account applied for and up and running asap. Would a t3sco one, do ?

ps - Eeek, just had a look at the two emails I received, this mornings one said the monies will appear in your bank account in 2-3 hours. the email tonight said it takes 3-4 days to reach the bank account :eek: and should be there by the 24th.

  • I do. Tesco savings take the halifax rewards via direct debit. 2 direct debits are needed to meet the account t&c's, and my tesco savings accounts cover this.

  • Morning All
AFK - I have 2 Tesco current accounts and I use them for all my virtual savings pots, as they earn more interest than normal savings accounts. You can have a Mac of two and they are linked together on the Tesco bank app. I also have a Tesco clubcard credit card for the vouchers too.

Mind you, as we are upgrading our house, I also have a JL CC to for the vouchers & obviously for the free coffee & cake voucher! :rotfl:

My flex direct account with N/wide 5% one year interest stops in April, so I think I will be on a hunt for current account. However this will all depends on what is happening in RL...which to be honest is a helter skelter at the moment.

    Have a good weekend all.
  • Wow AFK - your diary has almost doubled in length already in 2016! Well done for getting back to work, and on your other progresses. Hope the stuff from your mum included some good sells for the bay ... I struggle so much with getting stuff out the door that I'm very impressed at the concept of bringing more in to sell on, but I'm sure it will all help with the OPs. Not that I've done any listing of any description for a while ... but I too think there must be a better / easier way to list. The only thing I can say so far is that it definitely seems less painless to list when suits / you have a bit of time or the remote inclination and save in drafts until sticking up at the right time, if that makes sense. And I find it much easier to add the pics with the app on phone or tablet, if you have one.
Hope that helps and happy weekend!

    Morning AFK

Just popped in to say that P-pal was different for me last night too. I also had an email to say money would be in the bank account on 24th. It used to go straight in like a faster payment but I checked my bank account this morning and no sign. Wish they would give you a heads up when things change...

    Have a lovely weekend. :)

Hi BW - thanks for letting me know, don't like it when it changes with no warning  especially since used it in the morning and it was business as usual.

Obviously caught on with hanging on to our money makes them interest
