  • Talking of annual statements, I have usually received mine by now :D but was wondering because I went into a new deal last Sept whether I would get one this month or not.

Although my term time changed, it still shows 29/2/12 as the original date and term time as when I first took out my mortgage because of the sub- accounts :(

Has anyone changed their mortgage therefore their annual statement changed to the month they re-mortgaged?I can see it online - but not the same as a statement, is it?

    Hi AFK

I have changed my deal several times but never did shorten my term.

As far as I know, my annual statement has always arrived at the same time.

    Don't think that's very helpful :o

    Bexster :)
  • I'm in same boat, anxiously waiting as we remortgaged last year too!

Sounds like your annual statement date says the same AFK - so guess you'll receive it in March?

We are very sorry about this and we will ensure this will not happen again.:eek:

  • Well I have to tell myself how far I've come, as before my mf journey I would have spent at least double that :)

Think I've made 2 complaints so far this week, so I suppose another wouldn't go amiss :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: although, fact is don't even like coffee, not even the aroma of it :o :rotfl:

Our sleet/snow disappear very quick and had a lovely warm day after that. This weather, frosty one minute, sunny next. Sunday looks like our day for heavy, heavy snow  maybe the forecaster said. Newscaster said "that means we'll definitely get snow at the weekend" :rotfl::rotfl:

    Just o/p £55.67 :D

  • Another lovely morning - never know when its bright through the edges of my blinds in the morning whether it's sun or snow :)

Another item sold on the bay - delighted, will post later today.

Other than that, not a lot happening apart from a few phone calls to make later, maybe list a few more items on the bay and if I get charged will put them onto stoozing/snoozing :)
