Hello AFK.
Liking the optimism about the extra days pay in a leap year! Don't think my CFO could be persuaded with that though! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

 Ha, no chance, but just a thought, but if it did work that would be an extra weeks salary for o/p:money:Any lawyers on here? want to take up the challange?

Yeah, used some of my EF, and then some for someone else's emergency.

Do you think the mortgage lender made a mistake  (oh no, wait a minute - mortgage lender making a mistake - surely not:rotfl:) when they told you that even if you o/p your interest payment would not go down? Seemed a bit strange telling you that, did you ever get it cleared up?

I'm sure some savy person on here:) (don't look at me :p) would be able to give you the formula to work interest added each month:D.

My mortgage advisor showed me but don't have my thinking hat on atm:o

Today have been making up lists galore; to do, to learn, ongoing etc, etc.

So, now's the time to get up and do some - The To Do List

Put on Washing
Dishes
Take down Tree & decos
Box up & put back in loft - No doubt while I'm up there do a bit of a "tidy"
Then I'll have my "spare room back
Pile up ironing and do / put away

What's everyone doing with their cards - usually Mr M will "collect" them, but haven't been in recently to see if they are doing that this year.

Better get on as when I start usually find a load of other things to do.

Hello AFK and happy new year!

For Christmas cards I use many as tags for next year. Cut out with craft scissors ( fancy edge optional),hole punch in an appropriate place, add ribbon, string whatever to attach!

I to am list making. I have downloaded something called a passion planner. Before you get too excited it is a diary that helps you plan what you want to achieve and guides you through getting there. I will look out the link but if you google passion planner I'm sure you will find it, if you are interested. You can buy them but they are US based and delivery is pricey. You can download it for free providing you only plan to use it yourself.

Hope you get the to dos done!

Mine was in the hall this time for the 1st time, I have a lovely long hall (22') with a window at the end, so made a nice change, also had the pop-up tree that I bought for the work, but when moving we were not allowed to take anything with us, except our desktop computers so since I bought it, I brought it home. Wish I had bought the 5' fridge, toaster, 3 microwaves and a pannini grill as well, but didn't so no idea where they went.

Put on Washing Done
Dishes - washed, dried, put away, Done
fridge cleaned out, Done
worktops sprayed, Done
floor brushed and washed, Done
bins emptied and washed Done and have
terrible sinks that are so hard to clean, But found out by accident that the powder I buy to whiten your washing, works a treat on my sinks(discovered this by doing a hand wash)sink was gleaming afterwards:D Done
When putting out bins - tidied garden, cut down some shrubs and rose bush that still had buds on there about 2 week ago but none now. Done

Told you my list grows like my garden:p

Hello

I am rating to go, but there has been an interesting development that I will discuss when I'm more sure of it. It's potentially a very good thing, but would also possibly alter plans too so some thinking to do. Luckily I have some time to make final decisions so that helps.

Hope you got all your to do list done. I confess I don't have a to do list today at all! I have been planning my return to work however :( later in the week.

Onwards and upwards

Bexster :)
