I would like to thank each and every one who posted on my diary for all their support and encouragement (so many to mention) when things got tough, I could not have done all this without you all. (So even with a fear of leaving anyone out - Bexster (who was there all the way from the very 1st post:T:T and believe it or not is still here, posting :T:T), SJ :T, LIL:TATB:TAliOK:T and everyone :T:Talso a big thanks to my mum who helped me with my side line, which helped greatly in reaching my "goal" even earlier than I could ever imagine possible.

Wow AFK, started reading your diary this week and as it progressed I knew I'd have to speed up if you'd be mortgage free before I got to the end. Well I should have read faster!!

Congratulations on clearing that mortgage in such a small time frame, impressive work and your overpayments were amazing!

Thanks for an enjoyable read whilst I decluttered our Christmas food.

Thanks CathT, for your lovely comments. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas.
I couldn't have done it all without everyone's help in the MFW's forum. :A

An abundance of help. tips and support from all which really helped me on my journey, and the meeting of new friends :A

And although it was a small mortgage, it related to my income, which isn't much :(

    Thank you julicorn,
Didn't really dare make plans just in case I never reached my target, but had a lot of "thoughts" which
could be translated as "Dreams" :)
Just going to take time, list everything "needed" :D, and everything "wanted" :D
then re-shuffle into some kind of order  and work my way through the list.
Have also been thinking about reducing my days at work :j and a few other ideas in mind, so,
looking forward to the NY and lets see what 2019 brings.

Wishing you both all the best for a Healthy & Happy 2019.

    So today I have learned;
You do not need to spend hours and hours re-doing the grouting :TYou go to B&M buy Mould & Mildew blaster, spray, leave for a few hours, rinse and wipe.
All done, fantastic results and best bit is it cost 75p for a big bottle
"@stonish" best bargain of the year !!!

I have also cleaned out my washing machine with another product, all ready for the NY.

My kitchen was needing a bit of a clear away/out, didn't realise until someone said to me - "once you get your kitchen finished" What the  - I thought it was finished :( Made me look at it with New eyes :rotfl: Guess that may be No.1 on the "to do" list
