After a good start to the morning, I have just read my new bill for BT. Paid yearly line rental up front, but they have now decided to increase their package's. So credited me with my advance payment, then billed me for new increased price. Why did I think, when I paid up front, that I would be immune to their increase, maybe I was just lucky with Sky, paid up front 1 year, they stuck to that price package and did not charge me any increase. Am I dumb or what?

Got through a lot today, which I'm happy about, so taking it easy now.

Showered & Hair washed
Washing on, pegged out and brought in.
Bathroom cleaned top to bottom (pardon the pun)
Stairs brushed down and fitted new doormat - too thick for door to close so had to remove underlay, then put carpet back down with huge doormat on top.
Bins & recycled emptied
Path brushed
Hedge Cut
Kitchen & Floor cleaned
& have about 7-8 bags ready for CS - Once they are gone, will start again

Another lovely sunny morning, plans are to be just as busy. Makes me feel so much better when little jobs are done. Back to work tomorrow, so now thinking of all the jobs I should have done.

Here I am again - long hour - I admit :o

Back to basics, got round to using that XL pack of chicken, and now have a load of pre-ready meals in the freezer, so happy that is done, and a good while back I mentioned a mandoline, well someone (brother) gave me one and this was the first time I used it - wow, so quick and get a lot more out of your veg, unbelievably so. Love it. :j

Phoned mortgage lenders to get balances as at 1.1.17 (and was told 10% are based on 31.12.16 balances) Wish someone knew what they were doing. However based on the figures I was given over the phone. I o/p another £108 which took me to my limit :). Rest now go in savings, ready for big (haha) o/p in Sept or thereabouts, (that's another issue I have - some are telling me Nov) mortgage says 6 years 5 months left, so going on that for the moment. Will just remind myself of target - Dec 2019 - 2 years 7 months away.

Another 2 parcels to be sent. All good.
Secondment going Ok for now.
And this coming Monday is another bank holiday, so with a/l of 4 days - another 9 days off coming up:D

New targets yet to be disclosed - playing the waiting game ;)

First things first :j I'm on leave for 9 whole days :j

Just made Sweet & sour chicken, one of my home made meals, and this morning made up another 6 meals from a gammon joint I cooked last night, now in freezer. Shouldn't need to spend too much on groceries this coming month, except for basics.

Going to make a list (again) of "to do's" and this time not miss anything out :rotfl:will work through them, one by one, as I've done them I will report on here.

Secondment still going well, will need to get BP checked, that way should know if "through the roof and some" BP, is work related or not

Bought euro lotto ticket seeing as its the last Friday in the month ;) cut down to this, so feel I'm still part, be it very small.

Right now, that list, get my thinking cap on . . . . .

Popping back in for now. Life is a bit of a roller coaster just now, not saying any more than that, except if lady luck is with us, then all will be revealed later.

Today sitting plush and comfy, having taken delivery of my new 3,2,1 and footstool :)

Secondment time passed all too quickly but I did have 2 separate weeks holiday in that short space of time. Next week is last week. :( Can't find a happy medium, kids far too quiet, adults very stressful.

P/c surveys flowing in, now have £15 (I think) in there and just claimed the last of my e-on bonus - another £10 voucher. Have around £18 in tcb too, but will leave that for now. And still have £80+ in survey site - just waiting for the right moment to cash in. Oh and over £20 in Lp also leaving that for now.

Ebay moving items slowly but surely out of the house, bringing in much needed £££'s.

After complaining about damage done, during the work they carried out. Insurance form arrived asking me to complete and return  they have admitted I am due something for the damage they caused ££'s or £££'s, do need help completing this, and have no-one to ask:(

Also still waiting on itemised bill. Feeling I'll wait a while for this one.

Well, letter received from Mortgage Company telling me I had overpaid too much :D apologised for any mis-information I had been given, and on this occasion would waiver the overpayment penalty of 56p :rotfl:Thing is, I think I got the right figures and it's the letter they sent that's wrong  :rotfl:I'm being messed about - me thinks ;) not for long though :D

Still looking for that "something" to keep energised/interested in o/p, now I've reached my limit :j All ideas welcome.
