"sniffs" - thank you so much everyone for your kind words. You don't know how much they mean to me. I only really have one close friend and she's the person I call my "sister" due to being in care together. So her children are really my nieces :D And having the weight of you all here really does help me.

I've been avoiding phonecalls from my MIL purely because I can't handle any more stress at the moment. Plus I didn't trust myself not saying something I would regret big time.

My niece is still being a little moo, and I'm being very nice calling her that. She spent the day with me today and I'm knackered. I feel mentally exhausted from all the talking we did. I'm not sure if anything got through to her but it did sort of make me feel better.

I had a row with the chemist that I pick up our prescriptions from. They hadn't done D's tablets, although to be fair they didn't actually get any prescription from the Dr. But at the time I didn't know this. I had to ring the Dr's up to find where the prescription was only to find out that the Dr didn't do it because according to their records he shouldn't have run out. So I had to have a chat with the staff and read out D's letter from his consultant that we received today with his new dosage on. The Dr's hadn't had this letter yet, or that's what they were saying. But luckily after a lot of reading and typing on their side a prescription got issued..although I haven't filled it yet because the chemist is shut..lol

I've managed to slice my hand open inbetween my first and second finger on my right hand. At the moment I'm refusing to go to the hospital for stitches, it's got a few plasters on it and has stopped bleeding for the moment. All I was doing was washing up for my "sister" and a glass broke somehow, and the next thing I knew was I had cut it and the first I knew of it was when there was blood everywhere..:(:(:(:(

Well DH is home now for however long he needs to be.. He has to get up at 3.30am to have some toast and a cup of tea then he is fasting after that. The car is filled up with petrol so we can toddle off to the hospital for a really early booking in. I'm keeping fingers crossed that by 11.30 am it will all be over and he will be back in the bed being fussed over by the nurses. I also hope to grab his consultant to talk to as I don't understand something that I read on the letter received earlier. So I just want clarification of that..

Thank you once again everyone, I will probably only relax when I have driven DH home tomorrow night. I will pop on here and let you all know how it went. etc... If I can log on at the hospital, remember to take my tablet/laptop then I can do it there.

CY hope everything goes okay for you honey.

Hugs and spoons to everyone xxx
