Can someone remind me of the name of the store that is selling the

    crisps by the box please

    tia

    Hi Perky:)

There's one at Billing ham. I got the phone number this morning and the lovely lady put me 2 aside.:)

I went in my lunch hour:whistle::whistle:

I'm not feeling guilty as I'm putting some long days in lately .....the lady said they were very popular as they were such good value. She wasn't aware or even interested in the competition.

I walked past the little A in the town centre and wombled 1 receipt and an empty walkers crisp packet:rotfl:

Devastated that there was only ready salted and not the tomato sauce flavour :rotfl: aau will understand my pain :rotfl:

Back in a minute with some results:D

When I was little and right through my teens there was a coal

house then an outside toilet ..then there was a building

that was called either the out house by men or the wash house

by women ...My mother used to have a berco boiler thing and boil

all the whites then transfer them to the twin tub in the kitchen

to be washed ......Now this might only be oldies like me that we

used to have pride in hanging our real nappies out on the line

white as white can be.... all pegged neatly in a row ....

Now I don't know why my dil and a few others don't just buy

every thing grey cos after the first wash they are either

    white -grey
    pink -grey
    yellow -grey

the only time they are the original colour is before they are

    washed

and sadly white is my fave colour for my dgd so I keep a few

    whites at mine for her

Hey less of the oldies lol but I had a baby burco boiler for boiling the nappies and seeing them all nice and white hanging on the line :)
