Evening guys and gals
Thanks for the good luck messages about starting my new jobI think I'll be ok there you know, even if it isn't as long term as I'd like it to be. Take everything about the nhs, better it by 10 and you have an idea of how different it is. The money is actually spent on the patients! Such a stark contrast

WishI'dReadSooner wrote: »Savvy - having worked for a major pharmaceutical. Often we used to get drugs back in with expired dates. They'd be retested - in 99.9% of the cases they were well within specs of product - with little or no deterioration. They were often repackaged with a new date on. Maybe having a 3yr instead of 5 yr expiry.
The return that came with a letter inside asking if we still made the product & if so could she have some more absolutely astounded us all in the lab.
The letter read - I first needed use of your product when I was expecting my first child at the age of 20. (the tablets were for constipation) They worked well then. I've had reason to use your product a number of times since then and they have worked extremely well each time. I now find that I only have a few tablets left, which I am enclosing, as I hope you will let me know if they are still available as if I have the same problem in the future I'd like to take these tablets again, they have worked so well for me in the past.
Yours
Mrs E (aged 84)
Yes, she included the tabs which were still at 97% efficiency, after 65 years, when tested & we still made the product so a bottle was sent to her.
I don't think you need to worry too much Savvy!

All this talk amd pics of Disney, and someone came round earlier to chat to us about Florida, Disney, universal and everything else Orlando, I'm getting a little bit excited about going now, but none of us want to spend two weeks trawling around theme parks
It's ok when you have kids or grandkids. I have neither and as much as I love my friends and their kids....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. We don't have kids or grandchildren either but still find plenty to enjoy in Orlando. Have you looked at the Dibb forum? There's a wealth of information on there. Lots of people write trip reports - you might find it interesting to read some by people who travel without small people. There are some great food reports too, if that's your thing.0
