Can I do a balance transfer twice from the same card

So it's a long story but I got a 0% credit card from tesco about 14 months ago. It's interest free for 18 months so I still have 4 months left on it. Long story short I intended to pay the debt off in that time but then life happened and I haven't! Still £2000 on the card so it's just not going to happen in the next 4 months so I know I'll be looking for a balance transfer...
...Anyways my hubby is now looking into becoming a driving instructor. He's done a lot of research knows the pros and cons etc (sorry I'm getting off track) - the cost of doing this is about £1300 - yeah I know ouch! I was hoping I could do the balance transfer and clear off the £2000 on the tesco one and then spend the £1300 and then do that as a balance transfer AGAIN on the same card... Firstly can I do this twice? And whether yes or no would you advice I do this or just do the balance transfer on my existing debt and just get a new 0% spend credit card for the £1300... I know it's not ideal and I've got myself into a bit of a mess but I just wanted to know the logistics of this. Ideally the balance transfer card will have to be a 36 month (or near enough) as I can only really afford (roughly) £100 a month (sometimes more of course) to pay this off.
Any and all advice would be lovely.
Thanks

Yes you can, as long as it's within the promotional window of the the other card.
Though it would be cheaper to use a 0% purchase option, assuming you can get one.0 -
yes you can do it twice as said above within new card window
BT £2k balance to new card and ask Tesco if they have any offers of 0% on purchases for you - that way you would only be looking for one new card rather than two. - this would save you paying BT fee twice if it's possible.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards.
