:T Happy Anniversary Mr & Mrs Penguin :D and Mr & Mrs Snoozer.
mrsbez, welcome :) hope they sort the infection soon Penny-Pincher, and best wishes to your mum natzini. Hugs to all others who would like/need one today.

Nice here, keeps threatening to rain then it goes away again. Lots to do but can't be bothered. Came back on to look for inspiration with next weeks meals, new oven comes on Monday :j so will be easier from then it's just I've got one of those 'headblanks' where I can't think of anything, never mind anything interesting. Have had a bit of an oops moment, not reading instructions as usual, decided to cook Moroccan lamb which I thought would be 'hob' food, nope said to cook in oven, by the time I noticed (I just haddn't looked at the first line :o ) I'd already started so have thrown it in the SC, just hope it cooks ok and we like it, never made it before. DP has never tried cous cous before so that will be interesting - he's a bit of a pain when it comes to trying new food!

Right, I best go find some meals to plan, hope everyones having a good day :D
One day I might be more organised...........
