:hello: Hello and welcome everybody

This is the 94th month of this challenge, which was first started by Batgirl, in September 2007.

Thanks to Batgirl for starting it, Emmaglet, Nat21luv, Monkeynut, Sweetpeas, Purpleroses, JesaRose, MizMir for keeping the thread going.

I know this first post is long, but please read as it give tips on how this challenge works. Some of the content has changed

If you're new to the challenge don't be scared - here's how it works:

The aim of this challenge is to make £10 extra a day everyday for the month. A lot of people think this is impossible but it can and has been done, over and over. If you feel £10 is too much why not start at £5 or if you're brave join those who aim for £20 a day! Anything extra you make is great so set whatever target you think you can manage.

It also doesn't have to be £10 each and every day - some days you make more and some days you make less, but aim for £300 extra at the end of the month.

The idea is that everyone posts how they are making extra money and these shared ideas help all of us to learn new ways to help cut debt or earn/save money.

What cannot be added:
Wages from your main job

A must for all newbies if you are not already doing any of these:

    1. Apply to PineconeResearch here. They pay a guaranteed £3 per survey. You are never screened out, they don't send out lots, but when you get one, you know you will be paid within a few days.

    http://mysurvey123.com/pinecone-research/

    2. Sign up for FREEPOSTCODELOTTERY - now to help others and yourself, you can go through the referrer's board here. You can take the previous referrer's link and sign through it, then come back and post your own or choose someone in there to refer through. Or here is the link to sign up direct.

    3. Apply to Shop and Scan - this is not the same as Nielsen Home Shopping Scanner. Shop and Scan is a hand held scanner, that you scan the barcodes of your shopping, you are paid 1100 points weekly for scanning, nothing if you are on holiday. You can cash out for various vouchers at 10000 points. Not much work for a good reward. They also send emails with questionnaires that are worth extra points.

    https://www.volunteer4panels.com/

    4. Sign upto Ashleigh's Daily Draw to win £50 - it's free

    http://ashleighmoneysaver.co.uk/daily-prize-draw/

remember to check everyday as she doesn't tell you if you have won.

    5. Sign up to Lucky Phone here or use a referral from here and don't forget to post your own.

It's free to join, you don't have to add your own phone number they give you a random one to play with. Another chance to win free money.

    6. If you have a smartphone ie android or iPhone and in some limited cases Windows phone, you can earn money through using your phone. Look for details on the posts.

    7. Quidco and topcashback toolbar notifiers - a must have for those who forget to check for cashback when browsing online before buying.

    Swagbucks Guide

to help you earn money daily to be able to cashout weekly.

Firstly, if not already signed up, it would be nice if you used a referral from here. Or you can sign up without a referral from here.

Now if you have any android/i Device, ie a phone or a tablet, you can install swagbucks apps that run videos and will help you earn extra swagbucks daily. For iPhone/iPad it is only 4 at the moment. For android 6. (You can also side install apps for kindle, samsung tablets and other devices you may have issues with, inbox me for information.)

    For iPhone/iPad, install these

iPhone users can use 4 apps: swagbuckstv, sportly and lifestyltztv, entertaiNow

    https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/swag...579119692?mt=8
    https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/spor...917441469?mt=8
    https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/life...924064844?mt=8
    https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/ente...804417194?mt=8

Android users can use the following apps:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...views&hl=en_GB
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...views&hl=en_GB
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...views&hl=en_GB
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...views&hl=en_GB
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...owmobile.views
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...views&hl=en_GB

they can all be found in play store and apple store.

If on ANDROID, you can get a maximum of 36sb from SBTV per day ; 10sb from SportlyTV per day and 18sb per app, per day for the other 4 apps, so an easy way to get 118sb towards your daily goal.

If on iPhone, you can earn 10sb from SportlyTV, 36sb from SwagbucksTV and 18sb from LifestylzTV and entertaiNow per day. A total of 82b towards your daily goal.

    Then daily do:

on the left hand side NOSO and daily poll. That is 3 swagbucks.

If you install the swagbucks swagbutton, click on it daily to earn 1 swagbucks.

If you can get referrals to sign up under you, family and friends ,

For each new person referred to Swagbucks.com, the referrer will earn 10% of the referrals earnings. The earnings eligible for the 10% referral program include the categories along the top menu bar: Shop, Search, Watch, Play, Answer, Discover. This includes everything found in the drop down menus such as Daily Poll, Activities, Coupons and Tasks. Every earn on a mobile app contributes too.

You will continue to earn 10% for as long as your referral is active on Swagbucks, with no maximum limit.

Categories that do not count towards 10%: Sign-up bonus, Swag Codes, Daily Goal Bonuses, SB Visa awards, Accelerator awards; others may be added. If this does not answer your question, please submit a request to our support team.

Daily you should check the tab that says:

    Answer
    Surveys

You can find gold surveys, partner surveys, peanutlabs surveys, and a daily survey which is worth 60 swagbucks.

You will find you get screened out of some surveys and only 1 sb. You should make sure your profile is upto date, there are questions on the right hand side, they want to know about your family, car, work, pets, etc. so they can tailor surveys to you.

Don't rush through surveys as if they think you are lying, cheating, they will disqualify you.

Try the discover special rewards tabs. I tend not to do all the offers, as some are spam and you will get lots of spam emails and phonecalls. (this is when having a secondary spam email and number ready )

You can find videos under some of the tabs which is helpful for 1 or 3sbs, you can do the 1 click on toro daily.

Also if you play the swagbucks games under play on the green tab, you can earn 10sb daily for the games, it may take a while but you should earn on average 2sb for a game.

You can also watch swagbucks tv, you have to watch 10 videos that they play, but you can choose the videos and categories. at the end you will get a captcha code you need to enter so you need to be watching That is worth 3 sbs.

Occasionally swagbucks release swag codes, this can be on twitter, facebook or the blog. You don't need to be on any or all of these mediums, as this thread will post any codes found. So subscribe to immediate emails. Swagcodes usually expire within the hour.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....php?t=5067514

and this thread is useful for helpful advice, general chat, good offers, anything happening immediately.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....php?t=5142744

They sometimes have instant surveys on the home page, these go quickly and are worth a few swagbucks usually 3 or 5, although we have had some for 23sb!

Also when you do your searches, I alternate between inboxpounds, google as I have qmee installed and swagbucks. Occasionally on random searches, you will win swagbucks for searching something. The amount can vary and has been as high as 50 sb!

Now if you are on facebook or twitter, - usually daily swagbucks have something for you to comment on, given an opinion, or just put your username. Once a month they award swagbucks to some users that have been entering competitions, posting regularly, made a comment, etc. So worth having a go.

On Twitter, on Thursdays they have a competition called iSpy. You can win swagbucks if you answer the clue correctly, you enter into swagbuck codes - the cogwheel on the tool bar, and you win those swagbucks. But you have to be quick as only a limited number are offered and they expire quickly.

Hope this guide helps some of you to start earning more. Yes it does mean you kind of have to be checking emails regularly or be on social media for the extras, but the swag thread is very good for helping with great promotions worth swags or codes.

It does take a bit effort but it is free extra money.

I'll go for £10 a day in June, to make this challenge harder for myself I want to have an additional £300 in my savings account by the end of the month, totalling to an extra £1000+ in my savings after I put my wages in this month.

To make it that little harder, I usually contribute my postage costs from eBay sales, this time I won't, purely profit will be contributing to this months £300 :) let the challenge begin. :D
