I hadn't spotted that, but some years ago, my gran had it in her council bungalow.


It heated the main room unevenly and she was often to be found , sitting close up to a vent (facing the wall, but this didn't bother her as she was blind. )

Your reason for moving appears to be neighbours. You'll be lucky if the people living in the new estate are any better.

She was indeed.

I contacted the estate agent, they didn't even know if it was freehold or leasehold, so I have given up the ghost with this one.

I will have to keep looking. Thanks again for all the advice and information again. It truly is appreciated. Thanks for saving me from this huge massive pitfall.

This does look more like a maisonette. It appears to be well maintained, however there's nicer Houses in the same area for less?? It isn't listed as a Freehold so you should definitely check whether you will have use of the garage and verify the Tenure.
