Why don't you log onto MY3 on the 3 website and see if your bill is there?

Mine are always there. And I don't care if they send it or not as I can get it online.

Unfortunately not much good in this case when the retailer demands the original bill.

I have a 12 month contract with three (of course, signed from PBD) which is due on 1st Sept. I rang three last week (9th Aug) to cancel my contract with 30 days notice. I was told that my next bill won't be issued on 2nd of the month, which is my past 11 months billing date. Instead, they will only issued a final bill on 10 Sept which is one day after my disconnection date. I will expect the bill to arrive one week after bill issued date.

I am just wondering if there is any problem for me to use the final bill to claim my 5th cashback? The bill is certainly dated 360 days after my connection, and it is my 12th bill received, isn't it?

Send them the copy with an explanation of what is happening. If you then have to go to court to sort out your claim you will be in a strong position. The terms and conditions you are talking about has recently been found by one judge to be unreasonable.

Do you have a reference to this case?
