Your suggestion solves nothing and it's likely to cause the OP even more problems if caught.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Forgive me for being a bit naive, but what has the OP done wrong? Many people on E-bay are selling items from the said store, presumably from suppliers of excess or unwanted stock. Why is this not allowed?0

Appealing to ebay is a waste of time.
If you do that, your new account will be NARU'd quickly. As will the one after that and the one after that..."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

Said store won't allow its items to be sold on ebay, and has signed up to a program called VeRO which stops these items being sold. The reason the others haven't been caught is perhaps that they haven't been reported."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

Assuming we are talking about mothercare then I can't see their name on the Vero Programme Members list.0 -

Yes and if she gets caught it could mean a permanant ban from eBay rather than just the 12 months at present.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Thank you for everyones comments.
I want to stick to the rules (however unfairly they seem to be applied...) so am not keen to try and beat-the-system and register with another id.
The store (who I repeat, I have not dispute with) are a member of the VeRO scheme.
Thanks again.0 -
I just tried the Live Help as suggested by RazzorBladeKisses and although the interaction was more personal (they had sympathy) VeRO issues are beyond their remit to deal with...
I want to stick to the rules. I will not set up another account.0
