Yesterday and today have been very itty bitty days. I can't seem to get anything done that I had planned.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

I agree you should see your GP about the panic attacks
They are bloody horrible, ive had them on and off since I was doing my GCSE's (that's when I first had them) and it's taken time but now I recognise the symptoms and try and ground myself to stop it going full blown (by grounding I mean I try and distract myself, I'll tell myself to say 5 things I can see in the room, or just start describing things around me, it kind of helps distract me but also make me calmer), some occasionally get through but it's gotten easier to cope with over time, that said I undertand how scary it can be when it first happens (((hugs)))
Been to my GP, I told her ive moved house and can't register at the new one till I get my ID sent back (it had expired so had to get a new one) and she said they will keep me on there till I'm registered and she gave me
Another months prescription. Also said she'd miss meI mustnhave made an impression lol

For the first time in a long time, I had poached eggs on toast yesterday. Never used to be overly keen on poached eggs, but now I love them, if they're done properly.0 -
Argh!! I would do anything for an egg with a runny yolk at the moment!! Think that might be my first post-jailbreak meal, along with a glass of red wine.0

Just took my heels out to the post office (on my feet of course, I wasn't showing them the sights or anything). I'm going to break my fudging ankles!! My left foot keeps trying to roll out and it throws me off balance. I'm mentally shuffling through all my shoes but I don't have another pair that will do.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

Sorry, need to have a little rant...........I have just received my first ever negative feedback on ebay and it is really upsetting me. Back in March our coffee machine blew up and so I listed all the parts from it. One of the coffee filters had a slight nick in the rubber seal and I wrote that in bold in the description and included a really clear photograph of the nick too and also listed this particular one cheaper than the others. Someone bought it back in March and then this week I get a negative feedback for it. I emailed them to ask why and they said it had a nick in the rubber and didn't work. I emailed them back and explained this was clearly stated in the listing and also pointed out that if they had contacted me I would have given them a refund or offered them one of the other filters but now they are sending nasty emails. I am so upset about this. I didn't do anything wrong - why are people so unfair? It seems so unfair to leave it 6 months and then leave negative feedback. I know I shouldn't be this upset over something so trivial - but I find unfairness really hard to take.0
