That sounds pretty much like a sort of panic attack to me.
Getting the GP's advice would be a good idea, Melly. You could tell him everything you're feeling and I'm sure he'd understand and be able to help. :A

these are new, never ever had a panic attack before in my entire life, This has been going on since last night

I have lost the letter the consultant gave me to give GP with new medication on it

If you ring the consultant's secretary, she could email your GP a copy, I expect. Or email it to you?

I think the Doctor would be a good idea, Melly. Those are panic attack symptoms. Make yourself an appointment and tell them how you feel, it would be amazing if you didn't have high anxiety after everything that you have been through.
