Evening my Lovelies,

Hugs, squishes and handshakes to everyone who needs them.

Been out all day. Come back and about 10pm went out for another run!!!!

I know that I am only suppose to do 3 in a week with at least a days rest in between.

I just feel that if I don't do it everyday I wont do it and get lazy again.

At the moment I feel that the only thing I can and have control of is my diet and exercise.

Oh SDW that is so funny about dogging. I am crying with laughter.

When I was a lot younger I was very insecure and would not be happy with a partner watching !!!!!!. Now not fussed will watch it with them if they want. Think that some men would love the idea and others might freak them out.

Ooh glad you're enjoying the running, but don't overdo it, rest days are important too

I tried watching !!!!!! with an ex....i burst out laughing which probably wasn't the ideal reaction he was looking for :rotfl:

My ex use to come to see me get in the house sit on the sofa. And he would say go on put some !!!!!! on.

Perhaps "enjoy" wasn't the right word

But it's good you're motivating yourself to keep doing it! I still haven;t got the balls to start up couch to 5k again but if zumba is on on tuesday i'm bloody well making myself go!

With regard to !!!!!!, do you know, I don't think I've ever watched any! I've only seen a couple of magazines in the past.
Not sure how I'd feel about it. I suppose it would depend on the circumstances and what sort of !!!!!! it was. I suppose it might be quite funny, or boring, or yucky! It might even be a turn-on! Who knows!
The only thing that worries me is whether you can be sure the parties involved are fully consenting, and not part of some human-trafficking thing.

We call our understairs cupboard the gloryhole. And I have never watched any !!!!!! either.

(I hope they don't have a gloryhole in the houses where I go dogging )
