    Well I did hear a rumour that prior to joining the gym where she met Igor, Tatty was a burlesque dancer......I can see the Good Ole Boys poaching her for their act!

    I was nearing the end of an NSD day when the kids persuaded me to take them to see Jurassic World. Ah well it was good. More of the same of course but we all enjoyed it. And walked past the wall of sugar sweetie stand (how much???) Without buying anything.

    Hear that ,Igor? Glastonbury needs a new back-up headline act....get practising with Chef and Hubert, Tatty could grunt some backing vocals as well......Oh look, guess which band are making a guest appearance? I can imagine it now, "Live from their residency at the Headquarters of the Berliner Polizei, with an added bonus of a drag queen cabaret spot in the middle, Glastonbury give a big welcome to.....The Good Ole Boys!!!!"

    Come on, let's start packing the stuff in the Tardis, only nine hours or so till sunrise on Solstice Day!

    The Good Ole Boys.... this is a surefire recipe for mayhem,disaster and too much booze! :eek:

    I tol' you,I tol' you..... :rotfl::rotfl:

    Not only that,but we (meaning the nsd gang in its entirety) have now been banned from Royal Ascot.

    Everything was going swimmingly.
    Hubert was all saddled up,lippie on,posh frock,daintily and prettily hoofed,grinning shyly for the cameras.
    Igor was all trussed and luckied up.He had his chest wig on the right way up this time,and there was a twinkle in his eyes that I haven't seen since the last time he had his chef's knives sharpened.
    Tatty was waving and gurning coquetishly next to him,as only she can.

    Disaster.

    No industrial strength donkey nappy can meet the measure of our elite racer and sufferer of dodgy tummy problems,Hubert.

    Apparently Queen Lizzie was overtaken by the fumes and fainted.

    So,another tragic end to our heroic shenanigans....

    Well done for resisting the sweetie stand. :money: ;)

    It's a rip off buying snacks at the cinema anyway...

    Totally agree on that one marmite my nephew was much happier to go to the £ shop when I took him before - esp as it meant he got more sweets :D One thing I do like at the flicks is the cheesy nachos and I just haven't managed to find a way to recreate those to take from home. .. no Igor, I really really appreciate the offer but I don't need you to go to any trouble thinking up alternative cinema snacks for the NSD gang...really, its fine.
