Dream night again ....same old, house sold without my knowledge and the feeling of total despair then relief when I awoke. What a night. Having more bad dreams than usual lately.
Going to try for a no spend day today, might give me £10 for mortgage pot....update later, need shower and black coffee for now.

Oh Thankyou Skinny, I hope so.... thing is, I think it’s turning into a bit of an obsession, like I am in a one man race…. That goes on and on, so not sure if it is a good or bad thing.....I need to stop worrying and slow down a little instead of being in such a rush to get to the finish line.
Oh and good luck with your plan….£2000 saving sounds good to me, you seem to have quite a lot going on at the moment and a few decisions to make…. Unlike myself try not to worry…. life usually has a way of throwing you in the right direction and with the support of family and friends I’m sure you will sail through…:) X

Guilty of spendy today….bought 2 lovely bay trees for either side of my front door, couldn’t resist they were being sold on a flea market £8.00 for both including wooden pots, must have looked a right funny sight carrying them home but Bargain….they look fab :D
Then another spend well needed work boots for OH…. Only £24.00 necessary buy.
Did keep the food shop down, so small progress, and met D mama but didn’t bother having cuppa, mainly because she felt tired or would have, saying no to mama not negotiable.
Well time for nice cup of tea….:D

Paying you mortgage off like that can only be a good thing, as long as you still have a life.

2 bay trees for £8, well that sounds like a bargain to me :D

Yes....I know your right, I just need to get to a happy medium . Keep thinking now , wish I had done this in my 20's and 30's the money I have wasted over the years. The strange thing is I get more satisfaction now paying off my mortgage and buying little bargain buys than I ever did on my silly spends from yesteryear :) X
