To clarify, Cameron's comment on 16 & 17yo voting in the EU referendum was that he was happy to let the house decide.

    He didn't rule it out.

This was a perky Cameron jousting with Harriet, trying to get under her skin....I think he succeeded too.

I think he is morphing into Alan B'Stard :D

Cameron quoted two SNP MP's who presumably in an unguarded moment described the possible adoption of FFA as "economic siucide" and a potential "disaster".
Oh how the House laughed at the SNP cohort!

There was much more hilarity during the PM's stating he was in the Crossrails tunnels 1:30 or responding on Harriet Harmon 16 / 17 year old votes 3:11 or even further when talking about ranting and sneering and gloating 3:17 or that he should show more class 3:26

He then suggested the SNP are demanding stuff they don't really want so they could complain when they didn't get it.

    Stunningly accurate.

    Stunningly accurate.

    Stunningly innacurate.

UK Government makes clear full fiscal autonomy for Scotland won't happen this side of 2020...

....Whitehall insiders insisted the party's primary aim of ensuring Holyrood gains full powers over tax and spending will not happen in this parliament...But UK Government insiders stressed the SNP's desire for full tax and spending powers had no chance of being realised before 2020 - and that there would be no negotiations.
One senior source, when asked if FFA was possible before the next General Election, said: "We are not looking at anything beyond the current Scotland Bill,"
    http://www.heraldscotland.com/politics/scottish-politics/uk-government-makes-clear-full-fiscal-autonomy-for-scotland-wont-happen-t.128404730

This a distraction. Pure and simple, from the inadequacies of the Scotland Bill at the present time. In other words, like a fair few of the comments below the article are pointing out.. What everyone is complaining about... Is that the SNP arent going to pursue a policy which the Westminster govt has signalled wont happen this side of 2020.

We're all getting pretty bored of it to be honest. First we had all this FFA, 'SNP don't really want it'.. 'but if they do they can't have it as it will (insert doom scenario')... 'and we're not going to offer it anyway so there'.... From Scottish Labour for months. All the way up until May 7th. Now it's all the other UK parties trying to do the same.

It didn't dent support for the SNP then, and David Cameron ( who's party had it's worst showing in Scotland for decades ) making snide, inaccurate remarks we've all heard before from Scottish Labour ( who lost 39 MP's out of 40 for constantly saying them ) is hardly a bad thing for the SNP now. The Scots after all, did actually vote for more powers beyond the Scotland Bill.

Cameron is just making it abundantly clear he's not listening.
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

Oh, he's listening. He's just not going to offer it for very valid reasons.

Which is just what the SNP want anyway as it reinforces the 'us v them' agenda.

Yes, he's certainly doing that extremely well it has to be said. The SNP must be delighted. But that doesn't make what he said accurate as you stated.

As a matter of genuine interest. What do you think his 'valid' reasons are for not offering FFA ? Remembering of course, that the SNP ( like it or not ) represent most of Scotland in Westminster these days.

or responding on Harriet Harmon 16 / 17 year old votes

    26

A vote for 16 and 17 year olds, yet in Scotland these same 16/17 year olds are now deemed to require to be allocated a state guardian , whether they or their parents wish one or not, until they reach the age of 18.

    Crazy.
