My Supercard has arrived

Some Spanish web sites are funny about paying with a non Spanish card, either credit or debit. For example, I cannot top up my Spanish mobile on-line using a UK Clarity card but a card from my Spanish bank is OK.

Thanks Virgo17, I'll try with a regular card and if that doesn't work will just buy when I get there .

Got my card couple of weeks ago, used it on Jun 22 in Amsterdam. Exchange rate as per xe.com was 1.3904 while the card gave me 1.3901. Very happy!

No advice, but have fun at Terra Mitica - I love it there!

Got my hands on my card today, the day I landed back from a holiday to Tenerife, so that's a bit annoying. It probably won't get used until September/October in the US now.

I have received the card and tried to activate it, using the App installed on my IPad, and the same App I used to sign up. Tried several times and got an error message. Rang their support line and was advised to delete the App and to reinstall it. Did this and got the same error. Rang again and was told activation would only work using a mobile phone rather than an Ipad. Tried to download the App onto my Android phone, but no App available on the Google playstore. Tried to download it from the supercharge.io website, and got the message that the site security certificate was invalid.

I feel like cancelling the card.

Has any one else had similar problems?

Problem seems to be linking it to a card? Anyone had a problem?

Hello, received my card today. No problem with the iPad app - managed to activate and link a debit card. Hopefully all ok when I try to use it at the end of August! Shame can't add my Amex...

I've had mine for a couple of weeks and had my first (non) issue yesterday - can't link it to my Hertz Gold Plus rewards account (car hire) due to it being classed by them as a debit card. I assume I'd still be able to use it to pay, but couldn't link it online. We'll see!
