My Supercard has arrived

After the debacle of the registration the card has actually arrived fairly quickly. I'm not going away for a while so others will have tested it fully before i get to use it.

Well yes, because you (Travelex) haven't delivered your end of the bargain yet :doh:

Still waiting for mine, will be using it in in Turkey in two weeks and then Egypt in October.

Still waiting, I was actually wondering if anyone had rec'd one yet, so this thread is reassuring. No emails or anything yet, but the app does invite me to activate when I open it now.

Received mine, linked it to a debit card, and used it for a purchase OK on Thursday. Still waiting to see it hit my bank account though.

Mine arrived a couple of days ago and I have activated it and linked my bank card to it via the app.

Not used it yet as I'm not away until middle of June.

We understand the delay in card delivery.

Due to many duplicate applications there has been delay in production of cards. Our designated team is already working on it to expedite the process. Also we have noticed that some of our customers have their cards. Thus, we would request you to bear with us.

Has anyone confirmed that ATM withdrawals from a credit card don't count as cash advances yet?
