Wow. Charity Shop Bargain
Comments

I have become obsessed with our local charity shop, its great. All the curtains in the house are from there and none have cost more than £4 a pair.
Last year I went to Las Vegas and EVERYTHING I took to wear (apart from underwear!) was from the charity shop, including the suitcase I took them in which cost me £2.
I am getting married soon and his suit was another bargain- £8!0 -

I think it's foolish to assume what appear to be bargains aren't. Some CS have silly prices others are too cheap. My D bought a gorgeous Liberty scarf which was in a 50p bin. All her friends said it was fake which I thought was unjustified. Took it to Liberty in London & they identified the pattern & confirmed it was genuine. Value about £160. Has she sold it, no. She bought it cos she loved it & wears it cos she loves it.
She got an as new Laura Ashley fur gilet in CS for £3. One exactly the same in County Casuals across the road £95. She reckons you have to just browse to find a bargain. My money is on jeans being genuine.
I agree. I think the people trying to convince themselves that the jeans weren't genuine are a bit jealous of the OP's great find.
I go into charity shops about once a fortnight, and I always, without fail, always see name brand products in there. Dozens of them! Shoes, handbags, dresses, shirts, sweaters etc. Often in excellent condition.
I don't know why people find it so hard to believe. If they refuse to believe, then they obviously never go in charity shops! Or as I said, they are jealous or miffed at the OP's great bargain.(•_•)

Although the labels don't interest me, interesting books and good quality clobber does.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
