Poor DS - I hope he gets better soon Laura.

Sounds like you are pretty focused - I really hope you managed to get that debt back down soon.

    Evening

Thank you for your good wishes for ds xxx

I think my maternity pay ends next month OF. I have been lucky to get it for this long but will pop into work to do some odd days to keep my money up. I have keep in touch days to work.

1st day of the month and my first nsd
Lots of bills went out today so the account looks scarily empty. I had to remind myself that everything needed for the month has an envelope with cash in.

Today I cleaned our office (box room) top to bottom. Sorted and filed all the paperwork. Note to self - I must never let it build up like that again!

I also cleaned the bathroom. When we bought the house it hadn't been touched for years so we decorated and renovated it top to bottom but we haven't been able to put a new bathroom in (think 1970's green bathroom). We have no extractor fan and irrespective of the amount of times we open the window I still get black mould on the ceiling. Today I used a mound remover and the ceiling looks like new so very impressed

Oh I chased our insurance company today as I'm waiting on a payment from them. They said I'm looking at a months wait before any news so just want to mark it here as a reminder to contact in a month xx

Well done on your office and bathroom triumphs!

I have been at war with mould over the last couple of months and I am winning the battle so far!

I hope you are having a lovely weekend and that the insurance company are true to their word!
