Hi Laura,
Not long at all then!! Only other one I can think of is Tesco but they might do one anymore, it will have been 9 years since I joined them.
Enjoy your tea xxMummytogirls x0 -
Thank you mummy I'll have a look at tesco.
Feeling very flat today I got a couple of stretch marks for the first time last week. It seems to have open the floodgates for loads. I absolutely hate them and just feel massive. The thing is it is not just pregnancy I'm eating loads so it's weight on top of the pregnancy.
Last night Dh went out with his friends so I sat there feeling sorry for myself and what a mess I was. I proceeded to eat a kitkat, packet of rolos and half a tub of ice cream (b&j - on offer).
Go figure!!!! I'm upset about my size yet sat there filling myself full of rubbish to make me even more bigger. The worst part is I'm feeding my baby all that sugar
What's wrong with me!!!!
Need to get a plan together to be a yummy mummy and all that. Irrespective of the baby the size I am is unhealthyWorking to a better Life for our family

My goodness this weekend has been very spendy:eek:
All on things we needed but not all necessarily budgeted for this month. We got the baby pram which my mum and dad are helping us with. We got a spare bed so dh can get some sleep when he is at work if baby is up and a small Hoover for the car on sale which we have been looking at for ages.
Had a meal out last night with some old friends which was nice but cost lots
I really need, therefore, to have another look at our budget this month to see if any savings can be made.
Decided to pull out the bag under the stairs this morning which I filled with bits to sell. Put them on Fb and just made two sales. It's only a couple of pounds but after the weekend it all helps. I have put it straight into our Spare coin pot which I think will be the baby pot. The plan is to use this for things like mother and baby classes, soft play fees etc.
Oh decided I need to spend a bit more time looking after me after my self pity, stretch mark, ice cream eating moment. If I spend a it more time getting ready it might make me feel better about myself. XWorking to a better Life for our family

Evening
The last two days has been glorious weather wise. Got lots of washing done. Just the ironing to do now!
Had a midwife appointment today - baby had turned in position. So excited now :j
The spending continues unfortunately as did out big shop today. But that should last some time. Since starting this diary I'm more aware of our food shopping. Tonight I told hubby he wasn't allowed to pick his way through fridge after dinner. The food has to last us. It's not just for one day. This really is a turn around for me as its usually me secret eating thinking I'll just buy more. Awful isn't it!
One of my fb buyers was a no show today. So annoying as I rushed home for her (walking 1.5 miles hot pregnant lady).
Will give it a couple of days and offer it to another person who enquired about it.

hi Laura- found your diary!
Congratulations on your impending arrival!
I work in for a manufacturer in the nursery industry so I am always excited when I hear of impending arrivals :j
Seems like you are putting some plans in place which is great.
Rude of the FB buyer not to show up!

Morning Mummy2Girls and OrangeFairy. Hope you are both ok xx
Cannot believe it has been this long since I lasted posted. Only two more weeks at work :j so really struggling now with each day.
I have been carrying on trying to organise and declutter the house. I read a thread on here about Kondo and it seems to have really clicked. Getting clear of lots of things when DH cannot see, and so far he hasn't even notice. I know that sounds awful but he would really keep every single thing otherwise. :embarasse
I am hoping a clearer, more organised house will have a positive affect on us all. He was looking for something the other day and I knew straight where it was. Being organised really makes our lives much more calmer.
Cannot wait till my Halifax credit card bill arrives so I can put the balance in my signature. Have been making a couple of payments off it, but I want to know the exact balance.
I know that the 0% period runs out soon so need to organise a balance transfer. I was hoping at the start of the year to avoid this but there is nothing I can do now. No point being down about it. I just need to move forward and get it paid asap.
I need to email HR this week and get a wages schedule whilst I am on maternity leave and get all my paperwork re maternity leave together. xxWorking to a better Life for our family
