LOL - you are quite correct. Serves me right for looking at a graph instead of the figures.
Personally I consider this a buying opportunity so the lower the better, the trick is to decide just when to start buying. But I shouldn't drag the thread too far off topic, the forum is meant to be about houses.0 -
