Blogger competitions - is it worth it

If the bloggers say they don't mind the compers joining in their competitions then we have to take them on their word and believe them orgive them the benefit of the doubt.

As I said above there always has been and always will be dishonest people.

As I also said above I wish they would be honest and just say Yes or No to us.

Like I said earlier, the list would be helpful to both pro-comper bloggers and anti-comper bloggers because the pro-comper bloggers would welcome MSE compers entering and sharing their blog comps on here (therefore boosting their blog hits, adding to their followers, etc) and the anti-bloggers wouldn't get the unwanted compers entering their blog giveaways! Infact, if you say a list on here would be 'abused by a clique of bloggers' then I don't agree with you. Bloggers who don't like compers will probably dash over here to ask for their blog to be added to the NO LIST!

No, I have never noticed any blogging posts being posted twice or bumped - but if they are, they must be from bloggers who want compers to enter.

And, no, I am not a blogger or in any clique whatsoever! :eek: And are you a blogger/in the 'clique'? For being a newbie you seemed to have noticed a lot of bumping/duping of blog comps in the few weeks you have been a member?

I welcome compers with open arms on my blog and I'm always happy for my competitions to be posted here (although, I don't ask them to be posted as that's against the rules.)

I fear some bloggers may say they are comping friendly just because they want the hits/likes/follows but still manipulates who wins (skeptical me)

I think perhaps compiling a list of blogs that people can add to AFTER they win from a blog would be a good idea...if that makes any sense?

Alongside a list of anti comper blogs which we can avoid of course.
