yes , a lot will happen after the preserve hearing (due any time)

I also feel that the BPA has more chance of sorting this (to there own advantage?) than Mr and Mrs 2.4 children , who are as I have shown (by posting emails) who are being fed a load of cobblers by car park owners and the DVLA

The proserve/duff judicial review could potentially be a win win irrespective of the outcome.

Absolutely, I do feel that Duffnasty winning his JR could bring the entire ATA house of cards tumbling down and force the government to act.

Looks like it's a random Skype phone number - seemingly used by various dodgy organisations - rather than a landline.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It appears that number is used by Skype to route Skype calls to land lines, so it's not going to help you very much: all it proves is that your PPC friend used Skype to call you.
