thank you for your reply , I did in fact receive a reply from Tony Duffy . however I am unable to contact him by email or phone , he states that ANPR LTD have shown proof that they are in a recognized ATA , in this case the Credit Services association

this statement by Mr Whitehouse is actually "smoke and mirrors" as the Credit Services association , is not recognsed by the DVLA as acceptable for parking/trespass matters

I include a link and a JPg of a email from the DVLA , this contains the senders email contact , tel no and there name.
they can be contacted , if you are not happy with the copy I have forwarded

    http://www.theterminalhut.com/public/Capture.jpg

I trust you will foward a printout of that to Mr Duffy , with haste

some nice reading regarding people using the credit servises route http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/ace-security-cancels-baseless-court.html

as you can see , it will end up in tears

    many thanks

How did he manage to join a Credit Services Association, without offering any credit services or being licensed? Something that should cast scrutiny on the CSA themselves?

What's all this sudden admiration for the BPA? Is it a case of my enemy's enemy is my friend? We've seen how well that works out (not) when it comes to US foreign policy.

well I am beginning to think the enemy we know is better than the crap that might happen

leaving aside the IPC , the appeals system (run by the BPA) is relevantly transparent , and fair

Maybe the council would suddenly take more interest if the local press were to become aware and run a story?

Would the "crap that might happen " be the BPA becoming irrelevant as the DVLA will give data to anyone ( ie proserve etc ) meaning that bothersome codes of practice, BPA membership fees etc will go out of the window?

Overstayed by a few minutes? broke a few made up rules? that'll be £250 please

If that does come to pass then we may see the PPC ticket/breach/contractual charge/whatever model being legislated out of existence just like clamping.

The proserve/duff judicial review could potentially be a win win irrespective of the outcome.
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
