Work with Credit Card providers so that every purchase is automatically rounded up to the nearest £1, and those few rouge pence placed in an investment account of the cardholder.
  • Most major problems in the UK come back to chronic, unsustainable overpopulation. Deal with it. Yes, this includes taking control of borders.

I don't object to paying income tax on my savings interest. However I think it should be paid only on the amount the interest rate exceeds inflation. If, say, inflation is 3% and interest rates are 3% you end up paying tax on inflation and losing money.

Turn Bureaucrats and Service Personnel into helpers, encouraging citizens to take on projects that improve their own lives and the community around them. Bring derelict and abandoned sites back into use, support community enterprise, incentivise volunteering, deploy the 'armed' forces in civil engineering and rescue missions. Say YES more often!

DNA all dogs so that owners who do not clean up their dog's poop can be prosecuted. Court fines should cover the cost of bringing in this measure.
  • Execute all, so called, 'career criminals'. They, by definition, do not wish to be reformed and, hence, have no place among any population.

Why should a completely sovereign nation have to borrow money from the private sector when history has shown that such a nation can embrace national credit, and issue its own debt-free and interest-free money in order to provide the proper liquidity needed for for a happy, industrious, and prosperous nation?

    Scrap HS1/HS2

Scrap the plans for HS1/HS2 which is a complete waste of money and invest the expected cost of £53m (which will of course go up and up and up) into something like the NHS...
  • Publicise on TV the cost of missed GP appointments and examples of the cost of hospital treatments.

If people were made aware of exactly the sort of money that needs to be met by the NHS either due to people being irresponsible and not keeping appointments, or because they are in need of hospital treatments, perhaps it would make a difference to the way some people take for granted what is a very priveleged free service.
  • Liberate Small Businesses to Create Wealth and Employment
Follow the German model - enterprises with less than 20 employees are exempted for many onerous regulations designed for medium and large enterprises. This frees them off to grow. The Coalition should have done this 5 years ago!
