Okay, So I'm confused and need to talk something out... I'm thinking as I type, so this could be a little long. I was in a LTR for about 10 years and I'm just starting to date again as I'm coming up to 30. I need a reality check as a lot seems to have changed in the last 10 years, and I don't know what I might be missing.…

It seems odd that he's talking about me liking the people most important to him, but not touching - two different speeds for me.

Actions speak louder than words, and talk's cheap. Give him a peck on the cheek next time you meet, if he flinches - give him the elbow.
