Apparently my application has been passed to a senior underwriter for further checks... This can't be good?

    Heck how awful for you!
Broker says the underwriters passed it on to someone senior as i am salaried in one place, PAYE in another and self employed. P60s, sa302, payslips alread sent in proving this. Only want a mortgage of £86,700 for shared ownership with a £60,000 deposit ! Excellent credit, debt cleared , never in overdraft

You may have all the documents, but it isn't a standard situation, so I think they refer anything unusual to underwriters higher up the chain. Does your broker think you will be fine?

    Just received from broker:
t is in regards to your 3 jobs and your address. I have explained everything in regards to this to them and provided all documentation so I don't see there being any issues. Unfortunately still no response yet.
