It's a fair challenge. Easy answer though, I do. Mrs PW that is.
I originally stated my shock that I was feeling some sort of jealousy - and was shocked at myself. Having had a couple of weeks to process the emotions I now realise this is not the case.
Many years ago I was on the wrong end of an affair and what I'm actually experiencing is a low level triggering of anxiety related to those memories. Irritating, but just one of those things and I'll shake it off soon enough.
Thanks for all but one of the responses. As intended, I've kept out of it.
And as for point number four I've not raised the subject directly. Perhaps my open and honest instincts weren't right on this occasion!
Our marriage is, Mrs PW tells me, in a good place. I tend to agree with her assessment.0 -
