Right do not worry, this is standard of them, we all sign these agreements, but it does not mean we were not mis sold on the PPI, you do have your reasons, so go for it in the same way as you did with your other, keep at them, good luck.;)

Still not received the updated letter in regards of the loans ppi via LLoyds, first of all they stated they send out new offers on 18 Feb, and re-issued on Thurs just gone as well........stalling tactics again I expect.

And hubby is supposed to be receiving his ppi credit card refund by the end of next week, we shall soon see. (again Lloyds);)

Excellent Di! Hope you get them through soon!

    Hi everyone,

I have been an avid reader of this site for a while now and today I have actually joined :j. This is so I can let everyone know how much Ihave managed to claim back from various banks.......all due to the inspiration and knowledge Ihave gained from this great site.Thank you to everyone who has posted and no doubt encouraged not just me but many many others too.Keep up the fight I say.Its well worth it.Heres the proof.
    SUCCESSES SO FAR:beer:
EGG. CC PPI. one phone call reclaimed 2800.....3WEEKS
EGG LOAN PPI one phone call followed by a letter reclaimed 833....4WEEKS
RBS LOAN PPI three letters reclaimed 5800 2MONTHS
FIRSTPLUS PPI Three letters and many phone calls but hey presto the biggy reclaimed 2200 and loan reset without PPI of 8900 5 MONTHS

    WITH FOS

RBS CC PPI No joy with RBS so with the FOS awaiting an ajudicator has been 5months so far
GM CC PPI with FOS has been 6 months.

Not sure why maybe somebody can help but reclaiming CC ppi seems a tougher nut to crack?
I will keep everyone informed of progress .But my advice is like others say dont give up
Thanks again Martin and all for the advice and help :money:
    :beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

You have achieved excellent results, well done.

I have the opposite though. My RBS CC PPI was refunded within 3 months of sending it to the FOS (sent in Nov 09, refund on card in Jan 10 within 10 days of returning acceptance letter to FOS). My loan PPI claims with Egg and RBS have been at the FOS over a year waiting for an Adjudicator.

Good luck with your CC claims!

Barclaycard just rang me and advised that they have found my 6 acceptance letters and that by 5pm today my Barclaycards will both be cleared in full (16k owing in total) and my bank account will be credited with £

    Excellent! Well done!

  • thanks Twinkle.

Di 3004, I am doing another letter now, do you know if there is an issue where M&S changed them from chargecards to &More cards without new agreements being signed?

    Hi hun

I am not sure on this bit to be honest, maybe someone on here will post up who have had dealings with them.
    Good luck with this.;)
