Hello there and well done on your offer.

I assume if they admitted liability on mis selling they will be refunding all you have paid in ppi etc.

Loads on here have been through mis selling by Lloyds TSB, I am one of them, and was successful, but with taking mine to the FOS, this was in regards of a credit card ppi, the loan ppi are ongoing.

I'm sure many will share their own experiences with you.

Normally it used to be something like 28 days after accepting an offer, but as they have stated to you they have no timescale, and have already been waiting far more than a month or 28 days, ring the FOS and ask what they would suggest for you on this, good luck.;)

    Hi

Thanks very much for the rely. Yes, they accepted liability and are refunding all of the ppi + interest. Total is £756. Lloyds just seem to be pretty shabby with regards to keeping me in the loop with the process. to me, it seems like they're just fobbing me off when I call. if the shoe was on the other foot & I was late making a payment to them, I'm sure it would be an entirely different story.

Anyway, thanks again and I'll get in touch with the FOS and see what they have to say.

Can anyone tell me the address to send my letter to regarding mis-sold ppi on an Abbey (MBNA) credit card. The card was taken out about 2 and a half years ago, before the Santander takeover. I'm not sure where to send the complaint to.

    Thanks you.

    Hi there
From the address thread, found the MBNA details here

    MBNA Head Office:
    M B N A Europe Bank Ltd,
    Stansfield House,
    Chester Business Park,
    Chester,
    Cheshire,
    CH4 9QQ

Not sure though if this is the actual correct address for the credit card, hopefully someone will confirm.

However if this was arrranged by ABBEY, I assume you would have to write to them.

    Address thread here.

Good luck with this and please ask for help if required.;)
