Thanks for the help, I suppose it's not all doom and gloom then. I was hoping I could get it all and then put it towards making a settlement offer but never mind, back to the drawing board.
Depending on whats left after your third loan is restructured and what you get refunded from your other two loans may be enough to help you out.
Thanks to all the competition posters.

Got a little bit of news (dances) today but just wondered if im looking in to it too much....smitchy..i think you might be able to help me with this one bud....after emailing my case coordinator from Clydesdale bank every week, i emailed today when in from work for an update & she has replied, saying "I will review your case on Monday and hopefully we should have a positive update for you".....do you think this is going to be good news ( dances again) OR a nice "we are still continuing with your claim & still have no further update" (sulks)???? :):) xx

Firstly i called HSBC after waiting the full 16 weeks and they told me that both my complaints against 2 loans has been upheld! success! just want to work out figures for my redress hope someone can help!

    Loan 1 (2nd December 06)

    Principal Loan £6,150.41

    PPI £1,045.60
    Total Loan £7,196.01

    Period of Loan 36 Months
(Paid back in full 8th Jan 07)

    PPI Refund £679.59
    APR 14.9%

    Loan 2 (8th April 07)

    Principal Loan £13,382.79
    PPI £3,158.31
    Total Loan £16,541.10
Period of Loan 62 Months (Due to be clear 31st March 12 - 7 Payments remaining)
    APR 11.9%

I was told over the phone that my redress is up to the end of August 11 which is the last loan payment i made.

I also am due a repayment reward of 25% when the loan is paid 31st March 12 do you think it`s possible to ask them to repay the refund direct to me and i continue with the loan because i will also lose the repayment reward if they take it direct from the loan.

    Cheers Lindsay

Is this correct paid back after 2 months.

Easier to calculate if you put down the monthly ppi for each loan.

    Hi,
We have an ongoing complaint with funding corporation regarding misselling of PPI and if we were lucky and complaint was upheld, it will be complicated by the fact loan was paid of early, can anyone help with figures please?
    date of agreement 9/3/2006
    interest rate 11.1%
    term of loan 62 months
    balance 13/03/06 £19210.00
    this encompassed
    £12.000.00 advance - LOAN
    INTEREST £3705.60
    ARRANGEMENT FEE £40.00
    TOTAL CHARGE FOR CREDIT £3745.60
    FIXED RATE PER ANNUM 6.06%
    PPI
    £2604.00
    INTEREST £815.40
    FIXED RATE PER ANNUM 6.06%

    settled early 13/12/06
settlement figure £13.083.88 balance at that time was £17.252.50
    rebates for:-
    loan component £11.470.35
    PPI insurance £1613.33

    1st payment was £85 - 3/4/11 (admin/courier fee)
    7 payments made of £318.75

    PPI is £2604.00 + INTEREST £815.40 / 62 = £55.15 per month
    £55.15 x 7 = £386.05 refund with associated interest
    8% on 7 premiums is £162.14
    Refund of ppi premium £2040 - £1613.33 = £426.67
8% on PPI cash advance £162.12

    Total 1150.84
