there is a template on this website for asking for the info0

Hope someone can help me. I sent off my first letter to Natwest on 29 October and have heard nothing since. I don't really want to contact the bank by phone, but how long should it take to receive a reply?
My next loan payment will be on 1 December, so I was hoping they would cancel the policy before my next payment (even if they haven't made a decision on whether to uphold my complaint).
Should I contact them and make sure they have received the letter and cancelled my policy?0 -
I have checked out the templete letter on the website but it's geared for an insurance policy taking against loans and not c/c.
I'm also not sure how much I had paid over a period of time or have the agreement. Is there a templete that deals with c/c PPI and requesting a copy of the agreement?
Sorry to ask again0 -

I've also had dealings with Nat West.
Did you send the letter recorded delivery? This will tell you whether or not they have recieved it.
Second how long did you give them to respond? If it was the 8 weeks in template letter 1, there you go.
Answer those and you may have your answers;)
As for it being sorted by Dec, forget it I'm afraid. My complaint has been ongoing since August. Though I did get a letter quite quickly from my bank manager acknowleding my complaint. More details of mine will become apparant soon all being well.;){Signature removed by Forum Team}0 -
Hi - I sent my first letter claiming my ppi from hsbc on 16th october - I received one back from them saying it would take 8 weeks b4 they would get back to me with an answer. I sent the 2nd letter on 13th November - on the same day, I received a letter from a Sarah Ferguson (customer services officer) saying that they were still investigating and that she would write to me withing the next four weeks to update me on her progress - she says that if I require any further assistance, I can call her on her direct line...what should I do? I'm claiming for £879.0

Give it time for now, get more militant later. Why did you send letter 2 so quickly after letter 1? Did you only give them 4 weeks instead of 8 in the template?{Signature removed by Forum Team}0 -
my mistake - i thought it was 4 weeks - i sent one giving them 8 weeks...doh0

Hi All,
My first thread so please forgive me if i make a *****-up :rotfl:
I wrote the 1st letter to PARAGON requesting the return of my PPI due to the fact that we paid a single premium of....wait for it £20.,650.00. By return post they said it's nothing to do with PARAGON as Central Capital Limited were my brokers and the responsibility lies with them. I have now re-drafted the same letter to CCL and await their reply.

Hi Just wondering if anyone had successfully claimed from Barclays. I'm putting in my claim today and it would be good to know if they have been easy to work with or if they are difficult.0

Hi Just an update.
Received another letter from LTSB 3rd one again stating I received £1534 refund in 2003 when I refinanced, so I have now responded with all caluclations set out in black and white easy to understand, so they can explain me where the money has been refunded as their calculations show the money is still in the loan. Next step FOS.
They are obviously not even reading my letters just hoping I will go away...........afraid not!0
