PPI Reclaiming discussion

Can anyone help please.....
I want to issue a claim, but need an exact figure to fill in the forms... I am useless with maths and havent got a clue (yes I am blonde....lol),I know someone said something about working out how many days.....the interest has been paid, and over the last 5 and a half yrs that is 3334 days.
The amount of ppi is £2021 , can anyone work out a figure for me please?
monthly payments have been £220 (have gone up slightly over the later years).
ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED x

is this the way it works...can anyone tell me if this sounds about right...please .....

8% of £2021.33 = £161.71

£161.71 divide by 365 = 0.4430

3334 days x 0.4430p = £1476.96

So the PPI amount of £2021.33 plus the figure above £1476.96 =£3498.96

So i need to claim £3498.96....

does it sound about right do you think??????? do the calculations seem right?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated....I need to get this claim in ASAP as I am running out of time.
Any one been down the MCOL route lately, any tips appreciated.

Where any information that you provide includes any charges, for example returned payments, late payment fees, and so forth, would you please advise your breakdown of actual costs (liquidated damages) incurred for each charge, and the Term or Condition on which you rely upon to claim such a charge.





I also require that you forward, within the above mentioned time scale, a true copy of the Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time my account was opened, and any subsequent amendments to those Terms and Conditions.

I enclose the statutory maximum fee of £10.00 to access ALL data held by x about myself. You should be fully aware of your statutory obligations under the Data Protection Act and that any failure to comply with this request will involve a complaint to the ICO as well as potential legal action.

Has anyone out their had cases with fos fora long time?? i have 3 cases with them since 1st dec 08 but still getting the hold letter. 1 is with an adjudicant and has been since feb but i have had no contact from him since it was passed...

how long are fos taking ????

Hi, i am claiming from citi but am now going through court as they just keep ignoring the actual complaint & sending 'corporate' responses. Good Luck

Hi, i have a claim of mis selling PPI against BH. I have wrote endless letters to them and received endless 'corporate' responses from them. They have now sent their final response of get lost. I have logged this with FOS but have been told it is taking them between 6 and 9 months to look at cases so am filing a case with the court as i am not prepared to wait for the FOS to deal with this. Hi SUFC,
Have you started the process yet?
I am just getting ready to take that step myself, trying to sort out the calculations, as I need to fill the correct amount on the form.(have you seen my previous post today).
Are you going down the MCOL route? Have you issued the claim or just preparing it now? keep in touch and let me knowhow you get on

I have claim with them also. I got same standard letters, how dare they since they told us no ppi we would not get loan. MIne is with FOS has been with DEC. Let me know how you get on at court. Good luck
