Sorry but I never expected this and no I do not think I was trolled some posts made me laugh other,s made me sad for the poster but thank,s . I have used my circumstance mainly as an example , I bit the bullet on my loan a long time ago and know I was stupid to take it . When my brother was talking to the fos ref ppi I looked at my loan got into thing,s deeper , fought with Swift and to be honest fos as they are like some on this lie down and take it . Through this I had been speaking to other customers of Swift and we helped each other , the main question I get is about selling and how easy it was to get there loans through a broker eg self certifying don,t worry about it and hey presto here,s your loan . My main query was are these loan companies in any way liable for misselling by there broker and just let,s say yes the broker missold . You have to start from the bottom and then you build your case , I know this after 3 tribunals , talking to MPs and a piece on local radio when my downs syndrome son was getting less DLA than an alcoholic so not totally stupid although I was taking out a loan with Swift .

I sympathise about your son but it has nothing to do with the loan aplication.
IMO you have no case for a missold loan through a broker - and now that you have come back on here can you confirm whether they contacted you OR did you contact them?

If you want to make threads on this forum, then understanding is key if you mention depression or gambling ;) though in short, you
are best helping yourself and perhaps wasting time posting about a problem.

    Alright.

In my experience I've hating hearing do you speak English, is the pub open - disgusting - see it could be worse

Did you not get the answers you wanted, OK some didn't actually give you the answers you wanted but some posters tried.

I never doubted that - perhaps you should let your alter-ego answer from now on - yes leaving here might be a good idea for both of you.
You do not have a case.

If you did as in the highlighted section then it could very well be deemed fraud and you partook by accepting the loan. If you or any of the other customer's of this (or any other broker for that matter), ran and accepted loan application knowing the information wasn't 100% accurate then you have misrepresented and committed fraud.

The loan company is not liable for the actions of the broker.
