O2 Carphone Warehouse Select - retention deal?

I did get an email from the CarphoneWarehouse in the end, they were vey nice and the guy replying back said he would look into it if I gave them my house number and mobile number (?- pointless since I was getting calls to the house phone, not my mobile!) but they could not confirm at all whether this number (01925555601) was an 'official' carphone number or not. No doubt they were going to try and trace the house address from their database of customers to see if anything was ever bought from them before and/or delivered here. The CPWW not being able to work out whether one of the possibly most popular numbers out there giving grief (!) is definately their own or not may lend itself towards the fact that the CPWW may well have far more foreign call centre workers than initially thought! :cool: shame on you CPWW! :rotfl:any way to save money!
