True sorry. Yes Edna same letters but we got three letters but think another person on pepipoo has posted all three.
Thanks acapaldi. I think the pepipoo poster has taken one of their three letters off-site to redact some personal information.
The other thread to which you refer still has all three letters posted (Post #44)

A Notice, what's more, that is written as though it comes from the assignee CPMS Ltd. A Notice of Assignment must come from the assignor!
IMO this is all now verging on attempted fraud. T.S. and/or the police should be engaged.Je suis Charlie.0 -

You need to set your preferences for your 'Sent' PMs to be recorded and retained. It seems the default is not to retain - probably because of the relatively low number of PMs your In/Out box will hold before becoming 'Full' and thereby unable to receive any more until emptied.
HTHPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
