Evening all!
I can truly say I'm on my knees tonight, every bone aches and my bum, inner thighs and back ache like crazy. Why? I hear you ask - well it was the first day I cycled to work and back. It is a 6.2 mile round trip, all uphill there and downhill back and comes on the back of my new cycling everywhere regime.
On the plus side I have managed to walk/cycle 22.9 miles since monday morning and today was the first day I cycled to work, the rest have just been to post-office/shops etc. It took me 35 mins there and 25 back so I am going to work on improving the times as my challenge.I have stuck with my new eating regime too and hope to report a good loss on monday. Thanks for keeping everyone motivated guys.:T0 -

Strangely, it was right last week. Reckon Bill Gates has deliberately bugged Excel to dishearten us?
Talk to the hand....
Delly has the spreadsheet now, so if you're really nice to her she might amend the chart for you.

...To make the meet up fair for all, why not go somewhere that we all have to travel to, say Amsterdam or Paris (I can practice my Bonjour), there are cheap flights from most airports to there or anywhere sur la continent, just my 2p's worth;) ...
That's a great idea - either of those places would be great IMO.
